The
system provides a function to create new patient records or update patient
records. It stores patient's contacts, next of kin, medical backgroundand
insurance information etc. It also allows users to link different patients’
records even in case of duplicated records.

Manage
patients’ personal information such as basic contact information, next of
kin, referral, insurance, memo and etc.
2.
Manage
medical background information such as blood type, G6PD status, smoking
history, drug allergies, problem list and remarks.
3.
Only
responsible doctor can view patient records if those are marked as
confidential.
4.
Support
modification of patient records, any modification will be recorded in the
audit trail.
5.
Search
patient records by patient number, HKID, PassportID, name, telephone or
address.
