The system provides function to support doctors’
workflow in the consultation room. Through this function, doctors can
complete consultation, check vital signs, issue medical certificates and
upload attachment which is fully supported by DICOM format and viewer. After
checking the vital signs and reviewing previous episodes by date or
diagnosis, doctors can write and save the consultation notes – S.O.A.P
(Symptom, Observation, Assessment and Plan) notes and diagnosis code.
